We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information. Access is restricted to authorised society administrators. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only for legitimate society, legal and record-keeping needs. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable obligations.
